Perry S. Engel earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullertion in 1988. He has been a licensed CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1991. He is also a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and has owned and operated a CPA Firm for over 16 years. Perry has gained significant experience with a wide range of industries, including but not limited to, service, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, contractors and retail.
After years of providing tax and accounting services, Perry noticed a common frustration among his clients... many were dissatisfied with their payroll service providers. The common thread was that most payroll companies allowed unskilled data entry clerks to process payrolls, resulting in careless mistakes and no personal service to the client.
Realizing this common frustration went beyond his own clients, Perry established a stand-alone entity, E-Payroll Service, Inc. "Payroll by Accountants". This allowed other business owners to stay with their current CPA as well as benefit from the unique payroll service offered at E-Payroll Service.
